Dress For Success
Remember to dress for success. Dress neatly and professionally. You will be meeting admissions representatives, recruiters, and community leaders.
What To Bring
You are not required to bring documents to the expo, but if you want the best results, we recommend students ( especially seniors) bring multiple copies of the documents listed below. You can bring unofficial documents. Most colleges will require it at a later date if you are considering their school.
- Unofficial High School Transcripts
- Resume or Brag Sheet
- List of questions for college representatives
- Essay on "Why I Want to Go to College"
- ACT/SAT Test Scores
- Letters of Recommendations

Founded By An Educator, For The Students Who Need It Most
LLD Scholars was founded by Dr. Laura Lenear Dorsey, an educator with over 30 years of experience and a retired college professor. After decades of mentoring and spearheading initiatives for youth in underprivileged areas, she saw a direct need to guide students on their pathways after high school and to build LLD Scholars to do exactly that.
